ARCHON ("the Game") is developed and published by Locke Werks ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Game.

Automatically Collected
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and crash reporting.
- Gameplay Data: Scores, level progression, upgrade purchases, and gameplay statistics used to improve game balance and your experience.
- Anonymous Player ID: A randomly generated identifier used for leaderboards and online features. This is not linked to your real identity unless you sign in with a platform account.
Optionally Provided
- Platform Account: If you sign in via Google Play Games Services or Apple Game Center, we receive your platform display name and platform-specific player ID. We do not receive your email, password, or other account details.
- Purchase Information: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or billing address. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.

The Game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention
We retain your gameplay data for as long as you use the Game. If you uninstall the Game, locally stored data is deleted. Cloud-synced data may be retained on Unity Gaming Services servers. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

- Opt out of online features (the Game works fully offline)
- Withdraw consent for data collection by uninstalling the Game
